Monday, April 27 - A Living Room Concert with Andy McKee

Andy McKee came to renown with a YouTube video of his song “Drifting.” It’s got over 50 million views as of this writing. McKee uses a two-handed tapping approach to the guitar, and also plays the harp guitar, an instrument with an additional 6 bass harp strings. He brings it all to play live on Echoes.

Tuesday, April 28 - Interview: Lanterna

Lanterna is Henry Frayne, who produces Americana-shaded, country-tinged guitar works, painting landscapes that seem to rise out of the desert plains and roar down the SoCal surf guitar highway. Henry Frayne talks about his new CD Backyards, and a sound that was born on acoustic guitar.

Thursday, April 30 - New Music

We'll hear recent releases from film music siren Lisbeth Scott in singer-songwriter mode, and from trumpeter Jeff Oster who has returned with a new album of ambient jazz called Next.

Friday, May 1 - Slow Flow Friday

It's another Slow Flow Echoes, an all-instrumental soundscape to slide you into your dreams. We’ll hear classics by Ash Ra Tempel, and Robert Fripp and Brian Eno, along with a newer composition by Harold Budd from his album, Jane 12-21, and much more.
